Brecon Place Plan 2025

The existing Brecon Place Plan was adopted in 2020 by the Bannau Brycheiniog National Park Authority as Supplementary Planning Guidance. The process was community led and prepared prior to the economic and social shocks of the recent Covid Pandemic and the cost-of-living crisis which has impacted communities across the country. The Plan is now being reviewed as it is vital to enable the local community to identify needs, support investment, and access resources to deliver proposals.
