Brecon Town Council is seeking applications from cleaners to fulfill the duties of opening and closing, cleaning, and provision of 24 hour reporting number for the public conveniences at Lion Yard and the Promenade, Brecon. 

Applications are invited from suitably experienced and/or qualified contractors and cleaners. Proposals should be made in writing and should be based on required terms, full details of which can be obtained by clicking here or by contacting the Town Clerk.

The deadline for receipt of applications is 9am on 27^th April 2026. The work undertaken by the appointed cleaner is for a 2 year term (or as otherwise agreed) from 23^rd July 2026.
